Back from Vegas...

...lighter in the wallet, took some more life out of my liver and had fun.

What did I miss? Any signings? I see in the paper Mr Suggs got into a brawl.

FYI, Mandalay Bay showed the Cards as 300-1 odds for winning the SB...bottom of the barrel.

Good to see that you made it back in one piece!

How long did it take you to cross the Hoover Dam?

Stayed at Monte Carlo....great place. Used to ALWAYS stay at Flamingo but wanted a change and a good one it was.

Unlike other trips to Vegas, I didn't lose too much...in fact I was battling all 4 days close to break even until a bad run at roulette Monday night knocked me down. Came back stronger Tuesday before vacating Sin City.

Krang, I think it took about 10-15 seconds for me to get across Hoover Dam since Southwest Airlines was doing the driving!!

I haven't stayed at the Monte Carlo, but is one of my favorites.

I watched the ASU V. USC classic there in 1996. Overtime victory and the 'Devils covered the spread on an int. return in like the third o.t. I was going nuts and loved watching the SC guys next to us start crying!

Won a bunch on the freak ending. ASU won by 13.

Anyone see it or remember how that was possible?
