If I lived in Arizona or closer than I do, I'd be there for sure......with every home season game.
However, seeing as how I live 1 hour from Toronto, without a passport, things would be rather difficult right now.......and the cheapest package at travelocity for me is $1000CDN

Trust me you are not the problem. We local fans are. As previously stated we are a State of transplants. The economy sucks. It is Christmas time etc etc etc. All valid reasons.
Truth be told, I should not have forked out the big bucks for this playoff game/s either. My wife is pissed. But I am in my 50s and it has been 60+ years since the Cardinals hosted a playoff game. I'm pretty good with math and decided I had to buy them.
Sure we could host another playoff game next year, or the year after or sometime in the near future and I could catch that one. That's exactly what the Cardinals' fans said in 1947. Where are they now? I'm not taking any chances.
We all have to do what we have to do. It is what it is. (Enough with the cliches) Peace

I am with you. I live in Vegas, have season tickets (end up eating , giving away, or selling them half the time) and drive or fly down when I can. It isnt easy or cheap and right now it is hard for me to afford it.
In fact, I gave up my playoff tickets coz it was gonna run me $600 that I just dont have. It kills me b/c I want to be there for the first home playoff game, but it doesnt make sense to me financially. Too expensive. If anyone has a pair on the cheap, let me know.
Dont be so quick to judge if you dont even have season tickets yourself. Especially if you live as close as Cali.

I hate our market. No offense to anyone thats cash strapped whatever. You all know your situation. This thing should have taken care of itself, bad economy or no. This could only happen in the fair weather, brimming with transplant losers, Valley of the Sun. Whatever. I don't even know why I let it bother me anymore. Our market is the worst. Some things never change. You hope that they will, but they never really do.

The game will sell out. I have a friend whose whole family bought about 10 tickets today. i think a lot of the fans who don't have season tickets will be at this game. I seriously think a lot of season ticket holders are not aware thart they can pick up this game for nearly face value of a regular season game. It is what it is. You are right about AZ Viper. The only thing that would temporarily change it is a championship, and that would only effect the next season.

I hope you are right that people will come in and take care of this. People for years said "no more excuses for this team" and they were right. Now there are no more excuses for this community to fail to step up and support this team. Hopefully they'll come out. Its time for these people to show some pride. You and I and the other diehards can't keep carrying these people.

I have no idea what games you are listening too. I go to ever game and it is loud with Cardinals fans, VERY loud.
Maybe you are letting your mood color you view ?

Meanwhile the money is out of the bank account, right? I payed but alot of people couldn't come up with the $200 per seat (at least) right before Christmas.
I am letting people know though that they only have to pay for this game if they call the office but there are two things that are kind of pissing me off about this - - Who are we to decide what people can afford in these hard times?
- Some of the people bitching aren't even paying for tickets.
- This isn't a bitch - props to cardsfanmd for making the trip. Same to you Albuquerque and Vegas folks.

I'm in, got the single game tickets for 60 something each.
This will be sold out in a day or so, then this thread can die a slow, horrible death.

I just hope the place is loud and makes it difficult for the Falcons to operate.

Exactly. That's why the game wasn't sold out right away. My bill was over $850. I can see why people didn't pay. Now that the price is within reason it appears the seats are selling.
As for getting an actual refund how many fans know that? The Car*s only tell you up front that the unused money will be applied to your season ticket renewal next year. The only way I knew about a possible refund instead of a credit was from reading ASFN.

Here and there it gets loud, but for the most part it is a quiet crowd and this isn't a secret. Hell, from what I have heard the organization and stadium security encourage it.
