I got one going on, and it bothers me only when I stop playing. But I am lucky since rugby is two 40 minute continuous halves that once it is warmed up it is fine.
Thus football a game where you play your side and get off the field it might be a problem later in the game. BUT you also have to remember they got million dollar trainers.
He can play on the hammy but it is a matter of how long before it tightens up.
Still bad news.

Can we maybe, at all, pin blame on John Lott for any of this? Wasn't this a problem with a lot of his teams that he has conditioned in the past? I remember the Browns had no problems letting the guy go. He has basically been a journeyman strength and conditioning coach, so I don't know. I know injuries happen, and that is just part of football, but the bug has seemed to coincidentally hit us very hard since Whiz got here with him.

My bad! Yeah, kinda new..hence my huge post total. lol Anyways, I bring it up because it just seems that none of these guys had these issues before he got here. Paranoia I guess, but these injuries are getting ridiculous..

This team has been devastated with injuries many times over before Lott ever was hired by the Cards.
