Adrian Wilson dogged it...

I just rewatched the MBIII td catch and run, and when he bounced it to the outside there were 4 cardinals pursuing to 2 Dal blockers. AW had a pursuit angle on him if he beat him on the corner, but instead pulled up thinking that MBIII was done, should of been a 25 yard gain.

AW needs to act like a leader. Anyone else notice this?

Adrian Wilson is playing hurt and making some great plays, like the PD late in the game that stopped a first down.

Regular AW makes that, but plenty of Cards should have wrapped him up. Clancy needs to teach these DBs how to pull people to the ground or hit them out of bounds.

Bye week comes at a good time for our guys suffering from pulled groins and bad hammies

A-Dub hurt himself running down Deangelo Williams last year like a jaguar hunting down an antelope.
The man is not 100% Do you really think he would miss an opportnity to clock anybody on any play?

Adrian definately dogged it.. he could have made the play if he kept running, but I think like alot of our defenders, they thought someone else was gonna make the tackle..

Bottomline though, if Karlos Dansby wants to be paid like the best LBs in the league, he should make that tackle.. his blown angle and tackle led to that whole disaster... and whoever got tied up with TO and allowed Barber to get that running lane also screwed up

Yep. AW and Dockett were both dogging it on that play.

Let's be fair. 11 guys dogged it on that play. Complete defensive breakdown.

Sometimes, like it or not, you gotta give the other guys credit. The downfield blocking on both plays was tremendous. Yes we missed the tackles that could have taken Barber down, Brown being the biggest culprit. But there were some great blocks thrown on those plays.

I agree.

We can point to Cards players who should have done this or that, but Marion Barber is a top-five RB who made an outstanding play when his team needed it.

And, like every other play in the second half, Romo got the pass off because Flozell Adams jumped on Berry's back and rode him to the ground.

some good points, i agree. Pathetic tackle by Dansby... Be aware of the situation your in, let him have the extra yard or two there. Dockett was the other guy, just watched it again. However I expect a safety more than a DT to not give up on it in that positio...

Yes AW did have a great PD on that third down, but this was still inexcusable...overall great game. Just would like to see our Safeties become more reliable... Rolle missed him there too.

Dude - what part of "injured" do you not get?? If there is one person on this able to NEVER be accused of "dogging it", it's Wilson... In fact, I wish the rest of the team "dogs it" like AW does...

Wilson and Dockett both have bad hamstrings. I have been on one all year and it REALLY slows you down.

Especially in the last half of the 4th quarter, after playing like animals all day.

The problem on MBIII's run is we had 4 guys take HORRIBLE angles.

Oh well, we still won

During the game they were talking about how MB is the BEST at YAC(contact) in the NFL. THe guy made a great play.Give him some credit. Wilson isn't going to run anyone down with a bad hammy/groin. I don't blame him

That would be DRC. He's a liability in run defense and so far hasn't learned how to tackle in the open field.

That is something the defensive players must be able to do if they are going to leave a third of the field empty. There wasn't a Cardinal player within 10 yards of the LOS on that side of the field on that play. Dallas saw it and took what should have been a 10-15 yard gain and out of bounds to stop the clock. Poor open field tackling turned it into a touch.

Maybe if the Cards are going to play that super soft prevent they should the special teams coverage guys in.
