a semi n00bish parking question about "F" lot
I was unhappy with my brown pass that accompanied my first-year season tickets, so I snagged a super deal on Ebay and purchased a packet for the season for the green "F" lot/field. I know this is generally the oversized vehicle lot, but am I good parking my not so oversized vehicle there too? I havent really payed much attention to the field because when I have gone in the past I have snagged green E or orange W parking.
Let me know, I want to make sure I am set for Saturday.

Oversized vehicles are parked in the se corner of F. The rest of F is general parking...you will love this lot. Best pure tailgating lot at the stadium.

Agreed about the green lot. I tailgate with a large group on the east side near the soccer field, just north of the restrooms. I'm a newbie to season tickets too, but the best I could negotiate with the ticket office were Blue lot tickets so I have to walk to my spot.
Unless you have comfy shoes, patients or like walking, never park in the Brown lot.

No doubt. Loved watching the crowds grow and the scenery improve as the Cards moved through the post season.
Forget parking take the Valle Luna bus. That is if there is a bus again this year?

I do believe the buses are running again this year....This tailgate is the very best bang for the buck! Jesse and Jeff know how to throw a party!

Thanks. That is what I remembered, but I will be honest, the only time I have set foot near there was for the NFC Championship game to use the john, and for some reason that memory is a little bit fuzzy . I have always just bought orange passes on the corner or gone with my friend who has orange. But the green lot is on the side of my seats, and I just happened upon this guy on Ebay for much less than I would have had to pay buying a better pass for EVERY game.

Lot F is most definitely the best lot to tailgate in. it's just as happenin' as the great lawn with much less traffic. normally i'm out of the lot within 5-10 minutes and flying down 91st ave.
bleedingred, i'm heading to denver in the morning for work for three weeks. i'm gonna miss both preseason games. my buddy steve will be there for the chargers game and tara and her friend will be there for the packers. one consolation: i WILL be at the broncos-cards game, wearing my red proudly. see you Sept. 13th!

Your buddy Steve doesnt happen to paint his face and wear all sorts of cool beads around his neck, does he?
If so, I know him.

QFT! Being on grass vs. asphault is probably about a 20 degree temperature difference change than the ground, maybe even more. It's like going to the Great Lawn, without having to move your stuff. I'm surprised there isn't a waiting list for Lot F to be honest with you.

and LOT F is THE place to tailgate at the stadium. nothing else quite stacks up.

I have done Orange many times, and I was always underwhelmed. But I am also far to lazy to show up super early and drag **** to the lawn. This seems like the right idea for me. But I need to invest in a new beer pong table, mine is having some issues.
