What's for Dinnner?

What's for dinner?

Me? I'm broiling a big salmon filet (my grill is broken), steaming some asparagus and either making a side of rice or boiling some potatoes.

you're not good at it today. I hate turkey lunchmeat (leftover thanksgiving turkey is the best sammich known to man, however).

me = 6 inch BMT/provolone, honey oat bread, lettuce, tomato, lots of pickles, black olives, salt & pepper, vinegar & oil.

daughter#1 = chicken bacon ranch/swiss on white, lettuce, black olive, mayo, ranch.

daughter#2 = pastrami/provolone on white, black olives, deli mustard

daughter #3 = ham/american kids meal, mayo only.

Nibbled on leftover veggies earlier, but think I'll throw a smallish half-rack of baby back ribs on the BBQ... with my standard hickory-ginger/apricot chipotle glaze. That'll be fast. Finish off the last 2-3 spoonfuls of Heath Bar Crunch ice cream later on. I was going to make some baked apples, but too much effort for tonight.

I know where I'm headed for dinner tomorrow (don't care if it's leftovers--it will still be better than anything I'd make!)
