Are you eating canned or frozen green beans? I love canned but can't stand frozen.

The only frozen kind that is good is from Trader Joes...that stuff is damn near fresh. The corn is great but I love the Soycutash.

Very, very few veggies I don't like:
Peppers
Onions
Okra
Eggplant
That's probably about it.

The amount of flavor that onions and tomatoes add to dishes is amazing. They are such a healthy way to get sugars in your dish.
Nothing pisses me off more than when I'm having a dinner party and somebody doesn't like onions or tomatoes.
By the way I can't think of a single veggie that I don't like. Everything can be prepared at least one way that makes it good.

I like the flavors of onions...not so much peppers...
I love onion rings I should have specified that I don't like raw onions. I like eggplant that's breaded & fried. I am yet to have okra that I like, but I will always try it again, if ever presented.
