Good for you. Tomato & mayo? yucky. Try hummus instead of mayo. lower in fat/cals. and yummy.

Just realized I forgot to eat lunch yesterday. No wonder I felt so crappy by 6pm. Had a big salad for dinner...with chicken strips cut up in it.

Made myself a lovely ham and cheese sandwich, with lettuce, tomato and mustard. Also included in this delicious lunch is a La Croix carbonated water, carrots, AAAAAAAND some strawberries.

Chicken enchiladas, beans, and pasta salad (they let me trade it for the Spanish rice) from Miracle Mile on Central.
