I made sure that I fed my kids, but I just wasn't that hungry. I had leftover YC's for lunch.

Made a charred corn, cherry tomato and avocado salsa for the plate, topped it with roasted black cod and topped the fish with a roasted chili, radish, red onion pico de gallo.

Delicious.

This forum has died. Whycome?

Cod is so good. I was considering making some Mac and cheese and incorporating cod in it somehow.

Don't know if you mean the classic "cod" or black cod also known as sablefish. Black Cod is absolutely the most buttery flaky perfect fish ever. It goes with everything. If you werent thinking particularly of black cod, go search it out. You will not be dissapointed.

Im addicted to mackerel right now, too.

me too. I like to fry cod, I like to bake cod. I like to broil cod. Black cod costs so much more I hesitate to do anything with it other than roast it.

I had a Red Baron pizza made in my pizza oven last night. I probably use my pizza oven as much as my microwave.
