Making Fish tacos.

Good batter with 1554 from New Belgium Brewing Co as the base of it...it's dark and good. Usually use tilapia but I'm going to get some cod this time I think. I'm hungry already.

Make it just like a Grilled cheese but with PB & J. Try it and then thank me later.
I've made it plenty & I am in agreement.

I actually made em with swordfish one time, and it was delicious. Meaty and good, and it didnt dry out like swordfish tends to, why? deep fat fryer baby!

I went there for dinner with my family on Saturday night. There were a bunch of people dressed up going to some high school prom.

Grilled pork chops, and potatoes and onions (potatoes boiled a little, then tossed into a frying pan with the onions, some EVOO and salt and pepper).

All that talk in the other thread made me go to AJs and buy a Porter House steak.
I've got it marinating right now in some Italian dressing. I think I'll have some fried rice with it and a nice bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Why say EVOO? Why associate yourself with that fame whore?
