Made some teriyaki pork tenderloin, served sliced on a roll with a salad on the side.

Having leftovers for lunch today, with a twice-baked potato (from Sunday), chips, granola bar, a banana and an apple.

Homemade cheese steaks and tater tots.

Is there any better form of the potato than the tot? I think not.
