I had herring in a mustard sauce for an appetizer, and roast pork stuffed with plums. Mashed potatoes and red sauerkraut on the side. Swedish food is good! Rice Pudding with Lingenberry sauce for dessert.

The wife and kids weren’t home last night so I had to fend for myself. I went with leftover chili with a side of cottage cheese!

That is the nastiest combination of foods I have heard of in a LONG time. I won't say ever, but it's been awhile since a food combo made me shudder like that one just did. Bleh.

Well, you just explained why I haven't been eating dinner all week.

Wow, that's horrible.

I'm going to Tokyo Lobby on 59th and Bell tonight. It's the place that got five stars from the Arizona Republic. I drove by it today and saw that they moved out of the strip mall location next to Wal-Mart and into a freestanding building on the same corner closer to Bell(much nicer). I can't wait!

That's less than 2 miles from me. I saw it there the other day & have been meaning to try it. Be sure to report back!

165.

I had the Teriyaki burger from Carl's Jr. from lunch. Teriyaki sauce and pineapple on a burger made for an interesting combination.

It was outstanding. (please note that I did not mix the two together)

Love it, eat it almost every day. Costco recently switched to a new brand and it's heaven on earth.

I love cottage cheese...not a fan of chili (too spicy). I didn't think you meant together...it just sounds gross & even picturing it served on a plate or two bowls side by side, whatever is just kinda icky.
