Soup

Living in Chicago, I have developed a real love for soup. Anyone else love soup?

Right now I am loving minestrone.

I love soup, but, as a vegetarian, have limited options with the whole beef/chicken broth thing.

The best soup I EVER had was in Dublin, Ireland. Some kind of mushroom thing with fabulous brown bread. God, I could totally live there. Great beer, great soup, great men.

Yum.

Chicken noodle - home-style or Progresso. Progresso Beef-Barley. Turkey corn chowder. And wish I could get it in the states, Habitant Pea Soup. Soup for me is either a lazy lunch or a snack.
