Ok, I don't feel like searching old threads right now, so just tell me, when was this your idea? It was dogpoo and Pariah that brought up this idea in Site Suggestions this week. So I'm guessing you probably mentioned it in some ancient thread, we all ignored you

On the menu:

Asparagus appetizer

Bruschetta appetizer

Rolled and stuffed flank steak and fresh marinara

Salmon baked in puff pastry with a scallop spinach mousse

Boiled new potatoes with a champagne chive butter sauce

Seafood lasagna with white parmesan sauce

Chorizo and beef burger stuffed with habanero jack cheese

Yeah. Y'all didn't know I could throw down like that....

I've got to cook things the kids will eat....and also that can be prepared and cooked pretty quickly. Kids don't have very good patience. If you take forever preparing something....they are apt to burn the kitchen down around you. Or atleast mine are.....better talk to a Psych about this.
