Recipe-a-Day #5 - Golden Potatoes
Sorry it took me a couple of days to get this one posted. Real life happened. Nothing bad or anything, just crazy busy.
Anyhow, on to the recipe! This one makes a GREAT side dish! But you can quickly turn it into a super yummy casserole by adding some diced ham and either some frozen corn or a drained can of corn. YUMMMMMMMMY!!!!!!!
1 large pk thawed frozen hashbrowns (the square bits, not shredded)
1 1/2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/2 C butter or margarine
1/2 C chopped green onions
1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 small carton (8oz) sour cream
Warm soup, onions, butter & cheese on stove. Mix well. Add sour cream & THAWED potatoes. Mix well. Put into 9x13" baking dish. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350. Serve and enjoy!
