Potato skins
Wow. They are my new favorite bar food. Someone please tell me to stop eating them. I do not go to the gym and bust my ass simply to undo all the good work I did by eating potato skins. :yummy:

Potato Gratin - cream cheese and potatoes
Pommes Puree - Cream butter and Potatoes
French Fries - Oil heat and potatoes
Twice baked potato - Cheese sour cream potatoes (garnish)
Potatoes are the PERFECT vehicle for all that is unhealthy. God bless em.

I get my potato skins sans bacon due to the vegetarianism. Think I'd ask them to throw some veggies on there or something instead? Heck, no. Just the melted cheese and fatty fat sour cream, please and thank you.

Go with the even more fattening Ranch. But only if its good fresh ranch. Bottled ranch will not even touch my lips. I ask before I order.

Yeah bottled really grosses me out too.. I'll take the blind taste test any day of the week on the real vs preservative laced stuff. I need the freshly made goodness!!!

I think I will have potato skins for dinner. It's deciding which bar to get them at that is the problem.

Does it really matter since potato skins are always, at worst, good.
