Maybe because its quite a bit more expensive? Tapatio is like 1.20 a bottle IIRC and Cholula is like 2.70.

Cholula is the best. Tapatio is good. Tabasco is gross.

Taco Bell now has their packaged hot sauces in a bottle. Enjoyed the hot bottle with my eggs this morning.

I have Chalula and tapatio in my fridge. Chalula has the best flavor of them all. Tapatio is just cheaper and brings back memories of when I put it on everything I ate in the Navy.

I do like El Pato, both the yellow and green can. I use it in chili in place of regular tomato sauce, but it is good stuff and has tons of uses.
