Probably as opposed to corn syrup, but that's just a guess since I don't drink soda.

Yeah, no high fructose corn syrup. So much better with real sugar.

I saw both Pepsi and Dew at Wal-Mart (Baseline/Az Ave).

I don't drink canned soda, so I just bought a couple of 20 oz bottles of the Dew at Circle K (Dobson/Guadalupe).

I bought the throwback Dew a couple of weeks ago. I can definitely taste a difference; it's less syrupy and tastes crisper, a little like 7up. I believe a 12oz. can has 2 grams less sugar as well (44 instead of 46 IIRC) Woo Hoo!.

Which is why I buy my Coke at Costco. And glass bottles too. (Course there's that darn paper label on every bottle that totally ruins "the look".)

I bought both. I don't really drink soda at all, and never drink cola, so I haven't tried it. DCR & my 16 year old said the Pepsi tasted like diet soda & didn't like it. She wasn't impressed with the Mountain Dew, either.
