OFFICIAL Jason's Deli thread

http://www.jasonsdeli.com/

If you havent eaten here you are missing out. They have fantastic fresh sandwhiches, Soups, and the biggest baked potatoes I have ever seen with tons of toppings to choose from. A pretty damn good salad bar too.

I just got back and had a "Reuben The Great" Sandwhich. It was literally 3.5 inches thick just piled with pastrami. I feel fat right now!

Does anyone know the history of the place? I thought it was a Tucson original, but I was wrong.

They started in Beaumont Texas I do know that.

I ate their when my mom lived in Beaumont about 10 years ago. They put one in at Scottsdale and Shea about 5 or 6 years ago and I would eat there several times a week. They have great stuff.

Oh yeah, and my company insures them.

When I saw the title of the thread I immediately thought about that Reuben. It's a thing to behold.

Looks like the Glendale one is about two miles from my office, I'll have to try it next week.
