Judges will accept the chili since it includes jalapenos. Otherwise it is just chili on top of chips.

Cheese sauce is making a strong showing. I am a big fan of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, and hot peppers.

I am not sure about the ground beef. I don't eat much of it these days so I am not sure I would want the texture. Forget it, it is good. Ground beef makes the cut.
