Nacho Cheese Challenge

For nachos, do you prefer melted cheese, as in regular cheese melted from heat, or melted cheese, as in cheese sauce.

Particulars:

1) the cheese sauce is the good stuff, not the weirdness that get with movie nachos.

2) Please specify where you would find the cheese sauce or what kind of cheese would be melted.

I didn't even think of both. Please feel free to expound more on the toppings you prefer on nachos.

Judges will accept the chili since it includes jalapenos. Otherwise it is just chili on top of chips.

Cheese sauce all the way.

Unless it's triscuit nachos we're talking about and then it's regular cheese.

cheese sauce. Harley makes a great one w/Velveeta or something & salsa. Yummy yummy yummy.

yes, it's too spicy, but it's worth it.

Cheese sauce is making a strong showing. I am a big fan of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, and hot peppers.

I am not sure about the ground beef. I don't eat much of it these days so I am not sure I would want the texture. Forget it, it is good. Ground beef makes the cut.
