Mushrooms
(Not the drug ones)
Why does everyone hate Mushrooms? They are so fantastic I would eat a mushroom sandwich. I love them in spagetti, stews, salads, on a burger, in chinese food. My wife hates mushrooms, if it wasn't for her, I would have them in every meal.
Anyone else here a fungi fan?

Stuffed mushrooms are a little slice of heaven, especially if they are done right and aren't all greasy

My wife doesn't like mushrooms, but I'm getting her to come around on that. We soak some in Mr. Yoshida's sauce, and she'll eat those raw. She likes them now cooked in fried rice.
And grilled portobellos she really likes.

I am one of those "don't like em" guys. I can tolerate them in a pizza, but thats about it.

I hate mushrooms. Very allergic to them. The whole idea of eating fungus isn't appealing to me, anyways.

Here's why I don't like them: The texture. Yuck. If they had an intensley great flavor, I might be able to get beyond that...but IMO, they're pretty bland.

I don't like crabmeat, either. Crabs and mushrooms, IMO, are what one might forage for on a desert island. They are last-resort "foods."
