Make your own pie?
I got some pie dough resting the fridge right now and a heaping pile of apples marinating in lemon sugar cinnamon and their own juices getting ready to be baked.

I do. I'll admit it. I make a great apple pie. The dough has cinnamon & nutmeg in it, and about 20 minutes before it's done cooking you pour heavy cream into the cuts on the top of the pie...it's fabulous. It's from one of my favorite cookbooks...someday I'll try to make my own recipe for something, but until then, I'll just follow the directions!

Oh hell, I dont try and make my own pie from my own recipe. Theres pretty much a decided way to make the best crust and I just follow those rules... Its out of the oven, and its beautiful! I stud the apples with butter, but dont do the cream thing. That sounds interesting.

I make a killer apple pie and pumpkin pie. I refuse to eat store-bought pie. Just can't do it. I am a baked good snob.

Pumpkin. Some other groups made apple and I don't remember those being very pleasant...
