Do you eat leftovers?

I will eat them for lunch the next day. I hate have leftovers for dinner.

Anyone else?

I will eat leftovers for lunch and dinner for two days in a row.

I will eat leftovers until they are 4-5 days old (wife barely does two).

I will eat other people's leftovers if I am at their house.

I can eat chili or a good soup/stew for a few days in a row. Enchiladas and lasagna is great for leftovers.

Does anyone have any other ideas for stuff you can make on the weekend and eat all week?

Schutd sent me some ginormous recipes. I might have lost his email.

I will usually eat them for lunch on Saturdays or buy fast food.

Leftovers rule! (but up to a 2-3 day limit)

I often take leftovers to work. With Thursdays being called upon now, I don't know how that will affect me taking them vs. leaving them for Thurs. dinner.

braised meats, cooked and then held in the braising liquid (oftentimes with a congealed fat cap on top) will literally last a week or more if constantly kept cold. And they get better right up to the point of turning...

Short ribs, pork butts, hell chicken or turkey leg quarters,

OH! Meatloaf! awesome for a few days and has cold/hot and sandwich reapplications
