"Kosher" Italian sausage?

Any place I can get kosher (non pork) Italian sausage? Everything that is available at the stores have pork casings, which makes no sense. Why would someone who is buying chicken or turkey sausage want something encased in something they don't want to eat in the first place? I just want to find a decent kosher italian sausage that would go well on pizza or in marinara....

I have been buying Chicken Italian Sausages from Sprouts...but I have a feeling they are in natural casings.

You could always make your own Italian Sausage with Ground Chicken or Turkey. It's not hard.....basically add salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, fennel seed, anise seed and crushed red pepper to ground turkey or ground chicken. If you are using it to top pizzas or in a sauce, you don't have to put it in a casing.

No kidding! HOWEVER, I'm just asking for some direction on where I might find a non-pork Italian-style sausage to cut up and put in my marinara!!! Sheesh!!!
