Kim Chi!

Sound off on yer favorite kind of fermented cabbage! Right now, Im diggin a radish and asian pear kim chi that we get from a place called Woori Farms in upstate NY.

Kim chi is amazing.

The Koreans recently spent millions developing a kim chi that can travel into space with an astronaut that will be doing some time at the international space station.

I love it as one of the sixteen little condiment bowls you get at Korean restaurants. Much better than the pickled guppy looking things.

They better make space friendly Glade air freshener as well. Astronaughts will be pushing out the nastiest air biscuits you've ever smelt!!!
