YC's is a mongolian buffet. All of the meat that you cook with is frozen. You can stuff as much food in your bowl as you can manage. You then top it with your choice of vegetables, and create your own sauce. You can also choose between wheat or rice noodles.

Very large portions (depending on how big you decide to make your bowl) and very reasonably priced. $7 or $8 for dinner including a doggy bag.

There is a newer one on Elliot & Hardy or so. Only a couple years old.

actually I'm not a huge fan of PF Changs - but love Pei Wei - in fact they just opened up one in the goodyear area and I ate there last night
