Beer (didn't know this was a T-day staple )
Gravy on Mashed Potatoes. (Gravy is a meat-only thing on my plate--always!)
cherry pie
any stuffing other than the one I make
How is beer not a staple on Thanksgiving?? Me and my brothers always play Football while holding beers in our hands!!
What else do you drink....milk??
Sorry....any bad talking of beer makes me cranky. Beer for all occasions.
Okay, beer & football--of course. That goes w/o saying. I am picturing drinking beer with dinner...and eww. Yes, milk with dinner. Or iced tea if available!

Um....I drink beer with dinner. Probably gonna be Sierra Nevada Pale Ale this year.
On Arbor Day you are supposed to go into the forest, chop down a tree, and eat it. Which is why it is my least favorite holiday...cuz of the splinters in my mouth.
Not much I don't like really... My fav list would look something like this though:
Turkey (white meat only)
Cranberry Sauce
Sweet Potatoe Pie
Stuffed Artichokes
Glazed Ham
My Grandmothers meatballs
Stuffing (only from my aunt)
Green Bean Casserole
And some awesome Italian red wine!
Oh - I'm not a huge desert guy... But, my cousin makes the absolute best Pecan Pie!!!
Not big on Pumpkin Pie -- prefer to make baked apples late in the evening.
LOVE MASHED POTATOES and GRAVY. Better at Thanksgiving than any other time of the year.
Dark meat turkey only.
Brussels sprouts w. chestnuts and roasted red onion.
Ginger-honey Yams or Sweet Potatoes (Or else baked in foil for about 4 hours till they caramelize.)
Stuffing (I already miss the traditional cornbread stuffing... hmmm)
And -- on Turkey Friday: white meat Turkey sandwiches on sourdough with mayo and lettuce... or openface hot turkey sandwiches w gravy.
