Do you eat Parsley?
I have a garden and my parsley is the only thing that survived the freeze.
I love eating it right off the plant.
It is good in salsa and soup too.

Love it! Use it as much as possible... Just made some vegatable chili on Sunday, and tossed in big 'ol bunch of fresh Italian Parsley!

In cooking all the time. Just raw, only if I'm in the garden and get hungry.

I make it in a salad with garlic, lots of olive oil, some lemon juice, shredded carrot, capers, salt and pepper. Very good!

Everyone always looks at me funny when I eat it off my plate at restaurants.

Italian parsley is the one to eat. Curly parsley is for decoration.

I don't go out of my way to add it to anything, but if it is in something that I eat, thats fine with me too.

Oh, I thought it was a breath mint.

Parsley is a natural breath mint... it will neutralize the smell of onions and garlic
