Chili Spaghetti

Maybe it's my mid-western youth but I love Chili Spaghetti.
I just had some tonight.

I go to this restaurant all the time - they call it "Chili Mac" but its really on spaghetti. www.hardtimes.com

You order based on whats going on it

3 way - spaghetti, chili, cheese
4 way - same as above, add onion
5 way - add beans

They have 4 kinds of chili to choose from. Texas, Cincinatti, and Terlingua Red which is a spicy tomato based chili. Thats my favorite. They also have a vegetarian chili made with soy. Uhhhh no thanks. The texas has amazing flavor but is basically dripping in grease (they make it with suet). You can order it dry, or "all the way wet" which is sure to well, give you a hard time later.

No chili spaghetti for me.

Two foods that are good separated, but terrible when mixed.

Ha!

I saw this link and was going to post about cinci chili spagetti. I think when done right it's good. Out of a can it's pretty bad.

Cinci chili is a little too sweet and thin. The Texas or Red chili at the place I posted the link to is really good stuff.
