That is great news! Im glad the recipe went well, As I told you after I made that up, I had another "brilliant" idea and whipped that up to take to a labor day BBQ, untested. It was an absolute travesty. Disgusting. Which instantly made me worry about you and your cookoff. I'm relieved.
By the way everyone, That chorizo recipe, if I may say so, is friggin fantastic. Make that on its own, and use it in eggs, burritos, whatever youd use fresh mexican chorizo for.
I bet you there is all beef available, though. Every arab/persian owned halal pizza joint in the city has pepperoni pizza. Thats the only reason I thought so...

I have no idea what time, although I had planned to get there fairly early. Do you know how long before the game the stadium opens? I don't want to get there too early only to stand around. I thought we'd walk around checking out the tailgating sites a little.
