Best Mexican Food in the Valley - Page 3

I miss Mexican food...GOOD Mexican food. Having lived/worked on the border for over 6 years I got used to breakfast burros and carne asada a few times a week.

Now I am in Memphis, where you can get some great BBQ but so far we've been to about 8 Mexican places and have been disappointed.

I used to like Valle Luna & Top Shelf when I lived in Phoenix. I also liked the various 'bertos(Filibertos, Robertos, Albertos etc) fast food places for something quick/greasy and tasty.

The best Mexican food I have had in Arizona is MI Nidito Cafe in Tucson. I definitely recommend it. The food is so good sometimes you have to wait 30-60 minutes because they are always busy. When President Clinton visited he ate there and said it was the best Mexican food he has ever had. Clinton had seconds on everything.
