I don't recall the names, but ...

There are a couple of good ones at the Chinese Cultural center.
Loop 202 and 24th Street I think?

It is off of the loop 202, but it is closer between 40th and 48th street.

the cultural center has passable dim sum

overall chinese food here sucks - i've tried so many places and end up at a place like panda because it's better than the others

was in heaven this summer in SF - a real chinatown and italian neighborhood - i ate at both regularly to get my fix - both chinese and italian food here suck

great steakhouses though and suprisingly good sushi

Without a doubt it is the Lynchee Inn Fine Chinese restaurant on Baseline between Rural & McClintock.

I have take over 2 dozen different people to that restaurant over the last 10 years, and every single person has agreed it is the best they have ever had and have switched to eating from there. I moved to Glendale 8 years ago, and still travel out to Tempe to eat there whenever I get a chinese craving. I personally recommend the spicy Tangerine Beef.

Oh, there is a Wangs on Kyrene and Ray I believe. They have a great view (A fishtank/river built into the floor with Koi and such) and the food is excellent.

Mr. Hunan's on University and Priest - good food, takeout place, cheap

There was this place on Dobson and Southern that had good cheap takeout as well. I can't remember the name it's been awhile since I've lived in the valley. But they had the best double pan fried noodles I've ever had anywhere.

PF Chang's on Superstition and Power is also very good.

You can never go wrong with Panda Express and their orange chicken with steamed veggies.

Bamboo Club and PF Chang's don't count as chinese restuarants.
