NO way.......even Fatburger is better than In N Out.
Chuckbox on University is the best.

Fatburger easily. Chuckbox is ok, but not as good as fatburger. I haven't had In & Out in a while, but it is not better than Fatburger.

Chuckbox, easily. Fatburger isn't bad either, but I'm not a fan of In & Out, its really overrated.
