I already won I have lost 45 pounds on the atkins diet and kept it off for the last 3 months. I just started back on it on the 4th of Jan. So Iam in.

P.S. My Dr. recomends this diet to all, so ther is one in the medical community that supports it.

Good job!

I like the idea of kicking in some cash-eesh.

I am modifying my workout a bit - going more of a BFL hybrid....I've been doing the Atkins/CKD but I want to try soemthing new.

I know if I wasn't doing the CKD, I'd be up at 250 right now. (I ws about 250 this summer)

I like a woman to be in good shape, but a little layer of body fat is what makes them DIFFERENT from men, besides the OBVIOUS of course.
