Seriously - I had these shoes that used to fit...then I gained some weight and they were way to tight to wear I even had...now I've lost a little bit of weight and they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own and some of my other shoes are too big.

Well, midterms were last week and spring break is this week.

248 today - I'm gonna kick it into high gear now. I've been doing my workouts whole heartedly, but my diet hasn't been 100% dedicated. Gonna start that today. Only 10 weeks to lose 18 pounds - I can do it. I want to get down to 230 now by end of May. Man, I ache so badly after each workout - it feels so great. I have seen some incredible Lean Mass gains over the past couple of weeks. It is Awsome!
