228 this AM per home scale (it's been pretty consistent w/the gym scale)

Missed Monday & today's cardio - 2 yr old is sick & up from 1:30-4 wailing IT was nice to sleep in to 6:15!

248 today - I'm gonna kick it into high gear now. I've been doing my workouts whole heartedly, but my diet hasn't been 100% dedicated. Gonna start that today. Only 10 weeks to lose 18 pounds - I can do it. I want to get down to 230 now by end of May. Man, I ache so badly after each workout - it feels so great. I have seen some incredible Lean Mass gains over the past couple of weeks. It is Awsome!

I spoke to Neil (W.O.N.) today. He's making up a special workout for you for tomorrow to compensate for the 2 days you missed this week.
