Is there like an "official" weekly weigh-in or something? Or do we just post updates when we feel skinny?

Not sure what everyone else is doing, but I'm planning on posting mine every Monday morning.

Shawn

Good idea - I'm very sore this AM

Monday was Chest, Biceps, & Shoulders
Tuesday Cardio & Abs
This morning was Legs

My arms are on fire....

I'm 236 this morning, down 4 lbs - but attribute it to water weight loss.........

Drink a gallon of water a day - it keeps you hydrated!

Figures, now that I quyit my damn low-carb regime & went a different route, this stuff happens.

First Rolling Rock low-carb now this stuff:

More low carb stuff :frown:

Tortilla chips, Doritos, Carl's Jr., etc

http://www.azcentral.com/business/ar...hips14-ON.html

Frito-Lay touts low-carb tortilla chips

Associated Press
Jan. 14, 2004 01:13 PM

PLANO, Texas - Frito-Lay Inc. says it will sell a new lineup of tortilla chips with fewer than half the carbohydrates in the company's regular chips.

The company said Wednesday that the new Doritos Edge and Tostitos Edge chips would be on grocery shelves across the country in May. The low-carb Doritos are being tested in Phoenix.

Frito-Lay, a Plano-based unit of PepsiCo, is joining the glut of restaurants and food manufacturers rushing to meet demand spurred by the low-carbohydrate diet fad.

Hardee's and Carl's Jr. fast-food chains are launching a bunless, lettuce-wrapped burger with fewer carbohydrates, and Subway is advertising low-carb sandwiches. A variety of low-carb products have sprung up in supermarkets.

Frito-Lay said it would use soy proteins and fiber in its new chips. It expects the chips will create incremental sales increases.

The snack maker, whose products have long been criticized by nutritionists, has recently rolled out chips with less fat or no fat, and it announced last year it would remove transfats from all its chips.

Yeah, because when I looked at the scale today, I was down 4 Lbs from a week ago. I fell of the Atkins wagon and have been just working out like a mofo and eating less.

Everyone can debate all these other diet ideas if they want, but you are using the Brevity plan. I think that is the prob with most of us...too much eatee...too little workee.

I have restricted myself to one serving per meal (reasonable size) and I am now working out 3-4 times a week. Seems to be ok so far. At least I feel better.
