Artificial sweeteners
Do you have a preference? I absolutely MUST have sweet 'n low for my coffee or else I won't drink it.
Anyone else particular like that?

I don't use any (don't drink tea/coffee), but my wife uses Sweet'N Low.

Science in your sweeteners is bad for yourth health. No argument. In fact, heavily processed white sugar isnt any better. Try to use natural fructose powder (tastes just like sugar, is natural and not heavily processed, or at least sugar in the raw. You could even try agave necter. One opf Americas biggest concerns about its food supply is how much science and processing goes into it. It should be a larger concern than fat content carbs all that stuff

Agave nectar is pretty much what I use except when the baking requires sugar, but its not artificial, just is better for glycemic impact. I have used Splenda with fair results a couple times cooking for a friend.

Lately if I've been wanting sweet tea or something (I like hot tea) I'll add honey instead of sugar. It's good.

Yah, if your eating with regard to GI then fructose and Agave are your best bets. If thats not a concern, then natural unprocessed sugars are the way to go. Honey is a good one. Pure cane sugar, sugar in the raw. Stay away from the artificial stuff. If it doesnt have saccharine in it, it'll give you the squirts. Mmm Mmmm. Thats Good Eatin!

Want a toothpick?

The pink packet (I think SnLow) tastes bitter to me. Really screws up my tastebuds. I go with the blue packet. Splenda? Equal? not sure.

Blue packets would be Equal. Splenda packets are creamy yellow color.
