1lb of hamburger, potatoes, carrots, celery, and a white onion

What can I make with those ingredients?

I bought about 15lbs of hamburger and I am finally going to run out of it. It seems like I've eaten everything imaginable.

I can't figure out what to do next.

I've had meatloaf, soup, hamburgers, hamburger helper, tacos, manwich, shepherd's pie, spaghetti...

Now I don't know.

My wife shot me down on my wanting to try and make a mexican lasagna.

Shepherds Pie is the obvious, but I see you already made it.

If you make or buy some pie crust....you could throw together a pasty with the ingredients you have. It is a bit close to the Shepherd's Pie, but at least it might be something different.

I didn't see a compartmentalized aluminum tray or a scalding hot brownie on the list....those are necessities for Salsbury Steak.

Invest in a little sour cream and noodles to make beef stroganoff

Went with this.

Thanks for the input.

That's the last time I buy that much hamburger at one time for two people. Unless I'm planning a big cookout there is no reason for one man to buy a 15lb tube of it. Even if it cost me $15.
