NBA.com League - 12th Man Fantasy Basketball Association (12 Team League)
EDIT:
League closed. For some reason NBA.com decided to change the draft time to next Monday. I have no idea what happened. Also, we were still 3 short thanks to errors when people tried to join.
Very frustrated about the whole thing. Thanks for everyones interest. I was really looking forward to a smaller, more in depth league. NBA.com has been a huge pain in the ass. (Constant errors, the draft change, a handful of people telling me that they can't join due to error messages, etc.)
Hopefully the other league goes smoothly. I can't say anything good about NBA.com at this point.
Sorry everyone. Maybe next year I'll put together a smaller Yahoo.com league.

I'll always remember Phoenix with (previous coach) Mike (D'Antoni). We went from a winning team that was the most exciting team in the league to a half-winning team that wasn't exciting at all."Stay classy, Boris.

Edit: Forgot about daylight savings time, so the draft will actually be held at 9:30am AZ time. Also, I lowered the amount of time between picks to 60 seconds. This will speed things up considerably. We'll still be finished well before the Cardinals game starts.
Can you set it back even earlier? Some of us like to tailgate

I wish I could. NBA.com doesn't have any other times available. (Which doesn't make any sense to me. Don't know why we can't set our OWN time.) The only alternative is to push it back another 4 days or so.
Bummer. Traffic with the NASCAR race is gonna be yucky.
How long do we think this draft will last?

Did the math, and at most the draft will last 120 minutes. ( At a maximum of 60 seconds per pick, 10 rounds, 12 teams.) My guess is that at least 2-3 people don't show, so that knocks even more time off. And finally, the people that don't show will have an auto pick based on their player contingency list. So no time is spent on their picks.
Realistically we're probably looking at an hour to an hour and a half. So hopefully we'll be wrapped up around 11:00- 11:15. I'm going to the game too.
I guess I can work with that. Besides, we have lots of home games coming up at which to tailgate.

Had to close the league. Please see the first posty, which I've edited, to see why. Sorry everyone. Was really looking forward to it.
