The only network TV I watch is:

NBC: The Office, Scrubs
FOX: 24

Other than that its Comedy Central (South Park, Reno 911), Discovery (Man vs. Wild), G4 (Arrested Development), Food Network (Iron Chef, Bobby Flay, Giada's awesome rack), and the NFL Network.

ABC just for Lost. NBC for sports coverage whenever they get sports on there. NBA and AFL were awesome on there. Too bad...

ABC for me, mainly because of Lost. CSI-Vegas and 24 are the only other two network shows that I watch. (ok, my wife kind of got me hooked on Dancing with the Stars this season...but I'm pretty sure it was a one time thing only.)

I'll toss a little love to Fx Network though with The Shield and Rescue Me being two phenominal shows.

As long as Fox runs The Simpsons and Family Guy they have my vote. I just wish those shows were on other channels because I haven't forgiven them for canceling Firefly.
