Yeah, that was "Biogenesis" the season finale of Season 6. That was definitely a cool moment - seeing the camera pan out to find Scully atop the alien ship. I wasn't a huge fan of that path taken with the mytharc, but it was still a cool episode.
"Home" from Season 4 - GREAT EPISODE. It was so controversial that it was the first time XF debuted with a Parental Advisory before the ep started and that episode was also banned from syndication, too.

Yes, Home is the name...I do remember the first time it was on, and saw the Parental Advisory...I was like, uh oh, what's going to happen tonight??!?

You are right, after Biogenesis, the story arc started going downhill. I really wasn't a big fan of the final season, and it kind of ruined things for me. I always wanted it to end on a high note, and it bummed me out the way it did end.
