Since there's a thread dedicated to both Seinfeld and The X-Files, I thought it would be appropriate to start one on the show I consider to be the best of all-time... It mixed drama and comedy so perfectly and never had a dull moment.
I watched reruns of M*A*S*H way back when and also when the show still aired... I even remember watching the final episode of M*A*S*H when it originally was broadcasted.... Lately though I've become soo obsessed with M*A*S*H that I watch roughly 6 episodes a day.....
I preferred the Colonel Potter, BJ Hunnicut, and Winchester III era over the ones that had Colonel Blake, Trapper John, and Frank Burns.....
Anyone else love M*A*S*H as much as I do?

I think we were seperated at birth. Every time M*A*S*H is on, I watch it. I can tell you it is on The Hallmark Channel from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and then they re-run those episodes from 8:00 to 10:00. I have the first two seasons on DVD that I watch a lot when I am home at lunch. It is far and away my favorite show of all time.
I like Charles and Potter a lot, but I think the episodes with Frank are the best. I must have seen every episode at least 50 times, but I never get tired of it.
Another M*A*S*H fanatic checking in. Used to watch the regular series when it aired, and watch it when I can. I have given my parents (who love it as well) the first four seasons, and will be given them the fifth soon.
Favorite episode: The one where they tried to show "O My Darling Clemantine", but the film kept breaking.
I still get misty-eyed when I watch the episode where Henry died.
because he used to wear fatigue pants and a t-shirt all of the time.
I think one of the most interesting aspects of MASH (long forgotten in re-runs) is that when the show started the Vietnam war was still going on. Of course, MASH has very strong anti-war sentiments.

M*A*S*H* is definitely my favorite show and I also have seen every episode about 50 times. My favorite character is Dr Sidney Freedman. One of my favs is when Sid yells Air Raid and Burns runs out and falls into the bunker filled with water. I don't really have a preference to Charles or Burns, Potter or Blake, Hunnicutt or Trapper because they each brought something different and funny to the show. I do not own any of the seasons but I think that is a good thing because I would have to stay home all the time and watch them!!

Does anyone watch this show? I mean it is one in reruns everyday. Right when I hear the theme song come on, I cringed and jump for the remote. Someone has to be watching this for it to be played this much, right?
