Who here watches TV Westerns? For over the past few months I've been watching been Bonanza and Gunsmoke nonstop on TV Land..

I never really got into that genre when I was younger, but for some odd reason I've become addicted to them (especially those 2 aforementioned shows)....

I know it was a major fad/trend in the 50s-60s that everyone would avidly watch them, but it seems that they have since lost their allure, but I'm just wondering if there are anyone else who watches them as frequently as I?

I used to watch Bonanza when I was a kid. It was back in the early 80’s when we only had 13 channels. I’d probably watch it if I stumbled upon it. That was a good show.

For today nothing beats Deadwood.

But In high school, gunsmoke reruns would come on really late at night and they would show multiple episodes same with Magnum PI. Every summer I would stay up from like midnight to 5 am in the morning watching those 2 shows. I dont think i have seen all of them but I have seen a lot. Good Stuff though.
