I really don't think storm has done to well these last few weeks. Looks like everyone liked her all right tonight.
Is Dilana a tweeker?
dunno, but I imagine she's on pain meds with that type of injury. OUCHIE! I've always loved her til the last 2 weeks. Storm was ok this week, but I still can't stand her. She a fake.

I thought for sure Dilana was out can't move around, weak original song. But I thought Storm's original was the single WORST song I've heard on either season I am stunned the guys liked it I'm convinced they're letting the wrong head vote.
I mean the song had what 10 words, how many times can you say what the what? Pretty clearly the 2nd what is supposed to be a profanity but since she can't do that on the show why write a song that has one in the title? Not to mention her Kid Rock impersonation from the outfit right down to the patented jumping 2 foot stomp when the rock kicks in.
I don't know, I still think dilana is going home because you can't be a lead singer if you can't move, but I am amazed at the reaction to Storm's original song I thought it was laughable and they all loved it?
Lukas and Toby were well received by all so my guess is it's Dilana going home unless she really nails it tomorrow night. She just never recovered from ripping the others a couple of weeks ago, and with the injury she's gone. EVen if she'd nailed it they wouldn't pick an injured person who might not be ready by the tour date, but she wasn't good tonight either.

I agree...I think Dilana is in serious danger of getting the axe.
The reason the band liked Storm's performance was because it was so original. She shows a lot of "creativity" up there. Something the band really wants. Not necessarily the "style" Storm presented last night, but at least a "know how" in the creative writing department. With SuperNova supplying the music...they think Storm would be another good creative mind in the band. Plus they might get to see her shower a time or two. lol
Lucas completly blew. People should have thrown stuff on stage. To ruin a classic Bon Jovi song like that was absurd. Nice try poser! lol
Magni = boring. Too bad cuz the guy can flat out sing. Unfortunently he just can't bring enough charisma to front this band. They really wanna like him, but his inaction on stage is severly hurting him.
Winner = Toby.
Out of no where...Toby has really garnered acceptance the last few weeks. Kind of a silent assasin. He can sing well enough...but more importantly his stage persona and charisma is exactly what the band is looking for. Toby is your winner with Storm coming in second.
fyi - Many weeks ago (actually from the start) I had Dilana, Storm and Magni in the final 3. Things have changed. Although those three are still available...I think Toby wins it IMHO.

I can't put my finger on what I don't like about Storm but I really question the word creativity because basically she just mimics other singers, last night being Kid Rock. She's extremely aware of her appeal, she watched Zayra get by for weeks just because Tommy liked to look at her, so she flirts with the band. I think that's probably what I don't like about her but she certainly wouldn't be the first singer to use looks as part of an overall appeal.
Dilana's original song wasn't great, completely agree with Gilby it was too literal too many words to say what she meant. His comment about if you can't bring something to the band why do I want you pretty much dooms her. Like I've been saying for awhile I'm of the opinon that none of these guys were all that involved in songwriting in the past, at least lyrics, which is why so far the Supernova songs have been pretty weak. So I suspect songwriting is going to be a key element in who they pick and that will hurt Dilana if they all felt like Gilby(Tommy said he really liked it).
I didn't like Lukas' song either, but to be honest I thought Toby's song was ridiculous, especially the hook, but the crowd was into it and the band loved it especially the hook so maybe I was just in a bad mood last night. Toby has the same issue for me that Storm does, he knows the women like him so he plays that up, and he seems to just mimic other singers. Before it was Billy Idol, last night in his cover song if you noticed he never actually sang the title of the song, which takes the most vocal range in the song. Everytime he got to that he held the mic up and told the crowd to "sing it." First time I thought ok involving the crowd, but he did it everytime which made me wonder if he just didn't think he could sing "I'm MR Brightside"?
I really didn't like any of them last night that much so I suspect I was just not in a good mood or something because the crowd and the band really seemed to like them.
I checked out the MSN site and pretty much everyone there was just trashing Lukas, said he's gotta go tonight. So we'll see, the band seemed to like him but they all had the same impression I did about his Bon Jovi cover "what the what?"
Lucas has been carried by the voting 20-somethings all these weeks. I think the younger generation thinks his "look" is what SuperNova was looking for. My personal opinion is that SuperNova has never intended to pick Lucas, but did NOT want the 20-somethings to stop watching the show...thus keeping him 'til the end.

Too bad but I still think she's got enough exposure to get herself a decent deal with a band.
I just knew when she announced her song was gonna be "Wish you Were Here" that she had accepted being axed. Guess she knew it was her time.
That was weird too, she didn't have the voice to sing that song IMHO her voice is way too deep it just didn't sound right. Then she's crying, Newsted is crying, and they kick her out.
When Dilana started in on I want you to want me I thought uh oh she's blowing it again she's gone, but she actually made it work. One more week at least.

I really thought Lukas sucked last night, another underwhelming Supernova song(this time by Magni) although once he put the guitar down it got better.
I gotta admit this whole Supernova thing puzzles me. Tommy is still touring with Motley Crue, Jason is apparently part of Voivod(?), Gilby is playing with a few bands and now they are starting a new band is it just for the show or is it actually going to be a band?

My wife said 3 months tops before she signs a deal and then another 3 months for the actual pictoral.
I have also been underwhelmed by SN's songs thus far. I thought they would have more of an edge to them.
Maybe you guys are old or something Lucas' song was good, better than most actually. Yeah he butchered Bon jovi but who on that show could sing bon jovi honestly? Supprised storm went she is better than Dilana who always sounds the same and frankly tired of watching her. Toby or Lucas wins and I said lucas at the beginning I will stick with it. Toby irratated me with not sing the main lyrics too Russ, thought it was cheap for him to keep going to the crowd, cause he couldn't do it!
