Offical Little Britian Thread

Okay,

Not many of you will understand this, but Little Britian has to be the funniest show on British television of all time.

I normally hate British comedy with a passion, but this show is so freaking funny. If you get the chance to rent a copy of the first season, DO IT.

A few lines that no one will get except for the few Brits that post (and maybe someone will get if they have seen it):
I am the only gay in the villiage (has to be my favorite)
We are definetly ladies (close second)

Gosh that show is so funny...

nope - and i did a search on my satellite BBCA channel and came up with zero.

i do love to watch the Office though - hilarious.

If you like the Office, then you will love Little Britian. It is all comedy like SNL with different skits, but it is really good.

If you ever pop over take a look. Or buy a DVD on ebay. So funny..

Never heard of it. I think British humor is great. If I'm not mistaken, both Mr. Bean and Monty Python were out of good ol' Britian, weren't they?

yes they were and both are a riot - i'm a huge python fan.

i got to see it in the theater a few years back - when they released the 20th anniversary edition.

i think i own all the monty python movies on dvd - those guys crack me up.

I missed that. Dang! Did they raise the lights during the "Intermission"? I would've paid good money to see the looks on people's faces for that! Especially if someone actually got up!
