Last week's show was one of the doctors got his nose broke going down on this hot chick so he tried to fix it himself because his partner has the shaking hands going on when ever his picks up a scalpel...
I don't understand though... what happens when the person gets fatter? It just gets lost under all that flab? Won't that make your arms look worse?
I'm pretty sure their clients aren't 350 lb construction workers wanting new arm muscles. Probably guys who hit the gym but just can't build definition... I'm sure you have to be slim for it to even look right
