That is another great thing about the show, how many different levels in which it can be enjoyed. I can spot Family Guy and South Oark either borrowing or taking shots at each other all the time. The (now two) references to the Red Sox championships in 2004 are pretty funny. It's hard to believe they won it AGAIN since then. They may reference the second championship in a flash forward with Jack.
I have never missed an episode of LOST (TiVo), you;ll have to clue me in on the Family Guy reference. I must say I did not catch that one!

The news channel on Family Guy has Asian reporter Tricia Takanawa. The first big episode about Hurley was titled "Tricia Tanaka is Dead." In that episode, Tricia Tanaka was the uppity Asian female reporter who was incinerated (with the chicken shack) when the meteor (or asteroid if you prefer) hit. I believe it was a slightly veiled reference to the shameful Family Guy apocalyptic episode in which Brian and Peter catch the new anchors cannibalizing "Asian reporter Tricia Takanawa." Upon this discovery Peter says, "That's just crazy ... they're just going to be hungry in an hour."

Whats sad is that im from rhode island where the setting for family guy takes place and people think quahog is an actual city. Without family guy people would still think rhode island is long island and apart of new york.

Ok, now I remember. South Park and Family Guy amaze me with what they get away with, I love it! I should have been offended by th "McStroke" episode of Family Guy, but then again, they make fun of everything, so I couldn't help but laugh. Peter cracks me up!

Missed the first 10 minutes (thanks, Cox, you jerks!), but wow.
Hi Aaron? HI AARON? Wow. That blew me away. I thought for sure she was gonna say "James." (Of course, I guess that's what the writers wanted me to think. I am so guillable, lol.)
I was wondering how they would explain the age of the kid. Then I figured out two possibilities. One being that no one had seen Kate in a long time so no one would have known if she were pregnant or not. Two, and the better theory, is that there is obviously some sort of time switch/change thing on the island, so that could explain a lot.
I love this freaking show.

I knew it. I just knew it. For some reason I just knew early on in the episode that her child was going to be Aaron.

Yeah, I thought aaron too.
What was the prophecy with him? That he couldn't be raised by another?
Did Jack/Kate have to kill Claire? Something really messed up went down on the island, they've already alluded to it.

Yeah, I think that's what the psychic said. That's why he wanted Claire to get on that plane so bad. He knew it would be going down. Guess he didn't see this other thing coming.
So many questions.

That's an interesting twist, but my theory is that Jack finds out Claire is his sister and she dies (or she dies first and he finds out she's his sister), and of course, in typical Jack style, he blames himself for Claire's death. So he has a hard time seeing his nephew because of that.
At least we know for sure that Kate is one of the Oceanic 6.
Sayid and Desmond next week--I'm psyched for that!

Or perhaps the psychic knew that Kate would be on that plane.

Jack said everyone on the plane died in the crash, but 8 people. Kate said he has told the story so many times, she thinks HE is starting to believe it.
So that must be the lie he did not want Hugo to expose, plus the creepy dude asking Hugo for info on the survivors. So that kinda clears up one loose end left in earlier shows. Oceanic 6 looks like Hugo, Jack, Kate, Sayid.....Aaron??? He was on the plane, just not born yet. I'm thinking Claire and Aaron get separated in the rescue, Kate takes him. I'm also guessing that we'll only see bits and pieces of life on the island with flash forwards for the duration of the show. The rescue will come in the series finale, hopefully tying the whole thing together.
The other one has to be Locke. That could be the next name on Ben's list for Sayid, and the funeral that Jack attended in the final show of last season's flash forward. The one that no one showed up at, and that Jack was neither friend or family of. We all know Ben hates Locke and we've see clashing with Locke and Sayid.
Thought Sawyer and Kate were gonna get funky, she shut that bi-otch down!! She even passed on mornin ga-google. Maybe there are no condoms on the island, or Dharmagara. LMAO
When is the magic turtle going to be on the show?

Crazy episode, I knew it was gonna be Aaron, who the hell is the sixth gonna be? 8 left who were the two who died so they couldnt be saved? Locke and Claire? The 8 part kind of leaves a ton of questions. How do Sun and Jin fit in? Good episodes answers some questions but def creates just as many.
