Did anybody else think they would enjoy this show as much as they have? I remember seeing the promos for it during the summer and kind of laughing. I had absolutely no interest.

I was excited to see it, thought it looked like it would be decent-to-good. I didn't think it would be flat out awesome like it is.

not really - i had average interest in it - my wife read a lot about it in mags like People and wanted to check it out - now we're both hooked
Damn...I soooooo wanted those Panthers to win the game and I wasn't sure if they would. This show puts everything into doubt...I love it. They could have won or lost just as easily either way, and just gone with it.
And when I saw the suits at the end, I cursed out loud. Poor Coach Taylor having to deal with those hillbillies and their small town football politics. And Voodoo, holy crap...soooooo not worth the trouble to come.
Is it next Monday yet? Both Heroes and FNL had great previews...can't wait to see Tim and Lyla get busted by Street.

With CBS (households: 7.5/12, #2; adults 18-49: 3.6, #2) in repeats, NBC (households: 8.1/13, #1; adults 18-49: 4.9, #1) had no trouble taking home top honors on Monday.
The Peacock served up new episodes of "Deal or No Deal" (households: 10.4/16, #1; adults 18-49: 4.8, #2), "Heroes" (households: 8.7/13, #4; adults 18-49: 6.4, #1) and "Friday Night Lights" (households: 5.3/9, #9; adults 18-49: 3.5, #6). Said 18-49 numbers for "Heroes" once again marked a series high while "Lights" also reached its best marks to date in both households and adults 18-49.
Compared with regular time slot holder "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip's" numbers from last week (households: 5.1/8; adults 18-49: 3.2 on 10/16/06), "Lights" was up 3.92% in households and 9.38% in adults 18-49. Again, keep in mind CBS was in repeats last night.
