I wish that they would've cast a team that consisted of a fired disgruntled postal worker that's friends with a northern Idaho ex-green beret fanatical militia man. now that would've made good tv.

Didn't care as much for this episode - Mistake casting "known" people (Rob and Amber), IMHO. Show would be much better without them.

Rob's personality is sort of "dominating" the show. Rob is funny so in that sense I'm glad he's there, but I do agree that the "known" quality of rob and Amber is detracting from everyone else. There has always been a "villain" team in every show so they didn't need to cast one, I'm sure one would have come out anyways.

Well with the blond girls leaving so early I fully expect CBS to play up the we hate Rob and Amber deal to the hilt since it seems like the only other plot was are the blond girls hooking up with the brothers.

So far I agree this show is less interesting for me. But I felt that way at the begnning of survivor all stars and wound up loving the show.

I think the family of 4 idea is a mistake, too many people to keep track of, and I think it really limits what they can do, a lot of the "tasks" are going to be impractical for 4 people.

Wow, how can you possibly say that? They rock, and the show is that much better with him in it...love that he knows how to play the game better than anyone already...

He has two teams in his alliance that paid the bribe he thought up, and then he kept his own money...the guy is a genius...very entertaining...

And a good thing too, the rest of the teams seem sort of boring...

BTW, hilarious article here:

yep - my acting buddy in california has 3 siblings and they are applying for it - i hope they make it, it would be hilarious.

Chad - struggling hollywood actor and super great friend
Kyle - starving for attention, always trying to get acceptance from his older brothers and sister by doing outlandish stuff - at times very depressed due to his lack of success and other times a great person to hang around with (very good musician)
Jared - flaming gay brother who works in Tempe in a gay bar as a bartender - he really likes to let people know he's gay for total shock value
Joslyn - straight-laced christian girl who teaches elementary kids at a private christian school

I don't think the rest are all boring - they have been given a chance to show their personalities.

And why do I not like Rob? TAR has had some "Survivor" Style lying, etc - but never to this extreme. Stealing cabs, paying the bus driver to not let the others off, using the fame to get help, etc is taking away from the game.

I guess I like fair play to some extent - and what Rob is doing crosses a moral line for me.

One thing that seems likely is Rob and Amber getting yielded at every chance there is to do it since virtually every other team is out to get them.

What was amazing in the last show was how quickly they finished, I looked at my clock and it was 9:36 and they were done, without using a fast forward.

I guess I'm torn, Rob is just great tv, but I do think there's an element of been there done that so I hope they focus on some others on the show too.

And I agree with that article please let the old couple leave soon the wife has THE most annoying voice and she's so loud it's really tough to watch.

Absolutely...who else would realize he could take a four hour penalty, and then get others to follow along...and then FINISH FIFTH!

BRILLIANT!

It was a good move - but Lame that it was even available. I would have liked them to have been forced to finish - no matter how long it took, or have a bigger penalty.

The mom and gay son are sooo cute. I think my son needs a boyfriend to keep track of him. I was on the floor laughing. Jeez 3 gay guys in the show and lesbians who got kicked out already, whats going on. I hope Uchenna and Joyce win, I don't want rob and amber to win. I don't want the gay guys to win either. It would also be cool to see the former prisoner of war win too.
