70's TV show...Help

The "forgotten cartoons" combined with Ken's posting of a photo of Wade Phillips (it'll make sense if I can find the TV show) got me thinking about an old, short-lived TV show from the 70's.

I think it starred Bob Denver (Gilligan) and a skipper-like character. They were in space. I think they wore orange jumpsuits. That's all I can remember.

oh, and I remember something about a scene where one of them had a bunch of peanut butter stuck to the top of their mouth.

I know it's not much to go on...but does anyone know the show I'm talking about?

Was that the entire series? Maybe it was a weird ep of Dobie Gillis.

Now the search is on for a photo of Michael Hawes, the skipper-ish actor who played opposite Bob Denver. Preferrably in an orage jump suit, but any photo will do.

No. I just think Wade Phillips looks like that guy.

I remember Space Nuts.

You made me think of Lidsville and Charles Nelson Reilly as Hoodoo. Probably the only time you could get a contact high from watching TV.
